With declining numbers MCC reached out for some help. A strategy workshop with the leadership team aligned vision and provided a clear direction of who, what and when.
We distilled their essence into ‘the joy of courageous learning’ and started re-imaged their communications.
Within the ‘pre-launch’ period we’d already helped reverse the decline of numbers and the school was tracking above its expected numbers for that quarter. As we’d help clarify their message and shift their conversations to ‘solutions’ they offer rather than ‘about’ our school.
